TRINITY LUTHERAN SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

music
All students have a music period either once or twice each week, depending on the grade level. This class time is used to teach music appreciation and technique. This instruction may be combined with choir rehearsals just prior to our large music performances.
-
handbell choir
Seventh and eighth grade students of Trinity Lutheran School have the opportunity to participate in a handbell choir as one of their music classes. This group performs a variety of secular and sacred music at church services, concerts, and occasionally are asked to play off-campus. Rehearsals are during the school day. Students do not need to have experience in reading music, performing music, or playing handbells to participate.

Performances occur throughout the school year, including several concerts at Trinity. Students receive a grade for participation which includes performances.

board game club
Board Game Club is an after school club that allows students in grade 6 -8 to play fun strategic games, in an adult supervised setting. Our goal at Board Game Club is to challenge students to use critical thinking skills that will be valuable for everyday life.
If your kids love playing board game and are always looking for social connection with others away from the computer screen, then Board Game Club is for you! If you have any questions please feel free to contact Mr. Paulsen.
