trinity education is

an alternative to public education. It is a place where a sound, challenging, and enriching curriculum surpassing state standards is taught in the midst of a loving Christian environment. We are not in competition with the public schools, but rather similarly provide for the academic needs of students while intentionally allowing our Christian faith to influence everything we do. We meet spiritual needs that are not part of the educational aims of public schools.

As Jesus passed on from there, he saw a man called Matthew sitting at the tax booth, and he said to him, “Follow me.” And he rose and followed him. (Matthew 9:9)

first - third grades

Children grow up fast…we believe that first through third grade provide a solid foundation upon which future educational growth will build.

The building blocks of learning to read through the use of phonics, site words, and fluency are developmentally explored and mastered. Children also learn the solid foundations of numeracy and basic mathematics processes.

Students in these grades explore the Bible and its truths with greater depth as they begin to be able to read the text and comprehend it on their own.

Children at this level need to be given ample opportunity to explore and discover the wonders of the world that God has made as well as gaining a stronger ability to relate to peers.

fourth and fifth Grades

Children grow up fast…we believe that students at these grade level begin taking many independent steps in their growth and development while still needing guidance and support.

At this level students make a transition to reading text for the sake of understanding and growth. Students begin to make connections that allow them to apply their learning very directly to real life.

Developmentally children at this age begin to be able use their knowledge of reading, math, God’s Word to translate into a sense of empathy for others. Because the basic building blocks are in place, these students begin to spread their wings in preparation for the “soar” that is to come.
