Trinity lutheran churchschool

Welcome to Trinity Lutheran ChurchSchool! What is this place? It's where you meet God, the One who revealed Himself in Jesus Christ! It's where you'll experience the absolute joy of the freedom you have in His forgiveness. It's where your consciences are cleansed by His Word; it's where you gain confidence to live with strength, for you and for your children. It's where you have bible study after bible study, seeking the truth in-depth and personal.

Did you notice "ChurchSchool"? Yes, we do know how to spell but this has purpose in mind. God is working in unity both through the church and the school: at church, He surprises with His Father's forgiveness; at school, He uses the faculty to teach the children of the Father's world. The work is His; we're privileged to be His mouth, hands and feet.

So jump on in, join us on the journey to heaven!

Trinity Lutheran School is

Brendan Bloomer is a Trinity School graduate and a 2022 Davenport Central grad.

This fall, Brendan will be attending the University of Iowa to study civil engineering.

But, before he heads off to college, Brendan will be one of 24 students from Trinity’s High School Youth that will be attending the National Youth Gathering in Texas.

“I’m most excited about meeting new people from all the other churches and taking part in all the activities,” Brendan said, in regards to attending the Youth Gathering in July.

Attending church, Trinity School, Sunday School, and Trinity’s weekly High School Youth gatherings have molded Brendan’s faith. (Pictured is from a recent weekly Trinity High School Youth Gathering).

“I just feel that being in church is very important, in that it offers a faith-based view on many topics in a world that is always changing,” Brendan said. “Coming to church is a great opportunity to help better understand my faith.”

The foundation was built through Trinity.

“Trinity School had a big impact on my life by helping develop my knowledge of the Bible and built my faith up even more,” Brendan said.

Kari Smith, who is Trinity’s High School Youth Director, says Trinity School was and still is a benefit to Brendan, her children and all students, as well.

“There is no price tag that can be put on what my children gained by attending Trinity,” Mrs. Smith said. “They are prepared academically. Love, respect, forgiveness are modeled and expected.”
